The Main Access Transformer with Cord for The Power Ionizer is designed to last. It is screw mountable and is made from quality materials. The Transformer with Cord has been tested in a rigorous quality control process.
The Transformer with Cord is ~12` with the Outlet Cord extending about 36″ to your outlet and the plug wire extending about 9′ from the transformer to the Power Ionizer system.

To help diagnose the part needed:
If the temperature display is showing, then it is fairly safe to assume that the unit and chamber are receiving power.
If you have a multimeter, you will be able to better verify that power is making it's way to the chamber.
The process we recommend is:
- Check that your outlet has power.
- Using a multimeter, verify the Transformer Cord output is providing power.
- Using a multimeter, check the 2 wires that connect to the chamber are being powered.
