To help diagnose the part needed:

If the temperature display is showing, then it is fairly safe to assume that the unit and chamber are receiving power.

If you have a multimeter, you will be able to better verify that power is making it's way to the chamber.

The process we recommend is:

1. Check that your outlet has power.
2. Using a multimeter, verify the Transformer Cord output is providing power.
3. Using a multimeter, check the 2 wires that connect to the chamber are being powered.
